Welcome to YFINN (Young Financial Innovators)! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, services and educational content provided by YFINN, a company based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. 1. Definitions

• "User", "you", "your": Refers to any individual accessing or using our website and services, including parents/guardians and the children aged 10-16 participating in our programs.

• "Services": Refers to the financial literacy programs, educational content, workshops and any other offerings provided by YFINN through the Website or other platforms.
• "Minor": Refers to an individual aged between 10 and 16 years.

2. Eligibility and Parental Consent

2.1. YFINN's Services are designed for children aged 10 to 16 years. 

2.2. For Minors: If you are a Minor, you may use our Services only with the explicit consent and supervision of your parent or legal guardian. By allowing a Minor to use our Services, the parent or legal guardian agrees to be bound by these Terms on behalf of the Minor and assumes full responsibility for the Minor's use of the Services. 

2.3. YFINN reserves the right to terminate access to the Services if it discovers that a Minor is using the Services without parental/guardian consent.

3. Services and Content

3.1. YFINN provides financial literacy education through various modules, courses and interactive content. All content provided is for educational purposes only and is not intended as financial advice, investment advice or any form of professional counselling. 

3.2. Users acknowledge that YFINN is not a financial institution, bank or investment advisor. 

3.3. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy or applicability of all content. Financial markets and regulations are subject to change.

4. User Accounts

4.1. To access certain Services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current and complete. 

4.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify YFINN immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. 

4.3. YFINN reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided during the registration process or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, not current or incomplete.

5. Payments and Fees

5.1. Certain Services may require payment of fees. All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. 

5.2. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described on the Website in connection with the Services you select. 

5.3. All payments are subject to our Cancel and Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. 

5.4. YFINN uses secure third-party payment gateways for processing payments. YFINN does not store your credit card or debit card details.

6.1. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Services by, any third party. 

6.2. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Impersonating any person or entity or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity. 
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the Website or any other systems or networks connected to the Website. 
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Services or data contained therein. 
• Uploading or distributing any files that contain viruses, corrupted files or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's computer.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

11.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. 

11.2. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.

12. Changes to Terms

12.1. YFINN reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our Website and/or by sending an email to the registered email address. 

12.2. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
