This Cancel and Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellation of services and refunds for purchases made from YFINN (Young Financial Innovators), a company based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. Our services primarily consist of online and offline financial literacy courses and digital content.

1. Scope of Policy

This policy applies to all paid services, courses and digital content offered by YFINN on https://yfinn.com/.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1. Cancellation by User

• For Online Courses/Programs:
  • Within 7 Day of Purchase: You may cancel your enrollment in an online course or program for a full refund if the cancellation request is made within seven (7) days of the purchase  date. 
  • After 7 Days or Significant Course Access: No refunds will be provided for cancellations requested after 7 days from the purchase date. 
• For Workshops/Live Sessions:
  • Cancellation 16 days or more before the scheduled event: Full refund.
  • Cancellation 15 days or less before the scheduled event: No refund. This is due to administrative and logistical arrangements made for participation.

2.2. Cancellation by YFINN

YFINN reserves the right to cancel any service, course or workshop at its discretion. This may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, technical issues or insufficient enrollments. In such cases:

• Users will be notified promptly.
• A full refund will be issued to all affected users for the cancelled      service.

3. Refund Policy

3.1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be processed for cancellations that meet the criteria outlined in Section 2.1.

3.2. Refund Process

• To request a cancellation and refund, you must send an email to info@yfinn.com with the subject line "Cancellation & Refund Request" and include the following details:
  • Your full name (as registered)
  • Email address used for registration
  • Course/Service name and purchase date
  • Reason for cancellation
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., payment receipt, order ID)
• Our team will review your request based on the eligibility criteria.
• If your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.

3.3. Mode of Refund

• Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase (e.g., credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI).
• It may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's policies.

3.4. Non-Refundable Items/Services

The following items/services are generally non-refundable:

• Services that have been significantly accessed (as per Section 2.1).
• Any service for which the cancellation request is outside the stipulated timeframes.
• Services purchased during promotional offers or at a discounted price, unless otherwise specified in the offer terms.

4. Return Policy 

As YFINN primarily offers online and offline educational services, there are no physical products to be returned. Therefore, a "return policy" for physical goods is not applicable. If YFINN introduces physical educational materials in the future, this section will be updated accordingly.

5. Modifications to Policy

YFINN reserves the right to modify or amend this Cancel and Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our Website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
